Order Placement

• Orders can be placed through our official website 24/7.
• For bulk or customized orders (e.g. specific noodle thickness or chewiness), please use the “Custom Order” section or contact our sales team directly.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Order Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the order details and estimated delivery date.
• Custom or bulk orders may require a confirmation call and prepayment approval.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
• Customized orders may take 3-5 business days depending on production volume.

Minimum Order Quantity (for HORECA)

• MOQ may apply to certain SKUs, especially in the 800g+ range.
• Retail orders have no MOQ, but shipping benefits may apply on order values above a certain threshold.

Changes or Cancellations

• Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
• Customized orders (tailored noodles) cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Payment Terms

• Online orders must be prepaid via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking.
• For B2B clients, credit terms (if any) will be handled via account management team.
  GST invoice will be provided on all orders.
